No opponents, that is, a lack of games between now and the NWBL Finals could be the Sureway Roller Hawks’ biggest stumbling block after the ladder leaders disposed of the West Adelaide Thunder in Round 5.

A 51 point personal haul from captain Brett Stibners in Saturday night’s game against the Red Dust Heelers was the cherry on top of a brilliant weekend for the Sureway Wollongong Roller Hawks who won all four of their games to remain undefeated in NWBL 2019.  

A top of the table clash between the Sureway Wollongong Roller Hawks and the Perth Wheelcats headlines Round 4 of the NWBL with four of the country’s best wheelchair basketball teams descending on the Illawarra this weekend.

The Sureway Wollongong Roller Hawks have emerged with two wins in the side’s closest games of the season so far, outlasting Kilsyth to stay undefeated in the NWBL.
