Illawarra Wheelchair Basketball is bringing back social wheelchair basketball with the 3X3 Social League.
Organised competitions allow players to:
- Test their skills
- Play against a variety of competition
- Adapt to game situations
- Learn what they can improve on
3X3
- Encourages everyone to handle the ball and shoot, accelerating skill development.
- Allows more players on court at one time with games running at either end, thus more game time for everyone.
- Size 6 ball is easier to handle and score with.
- Shorter games means playing a wider variety of teams.
